摘要
作为酒店的重要成本之一,人工成本的上升势必引起总成本的提高,因此系统地探索酒店人工成本的影响因素成为酒店人工成本管理的重要环节之一。文章采用文献综述法,从四个方面确定了12个影响我国酒店人工成本的因素,通过构建结构方程模型,运用问卷调查所得数据,对酒店人工成本的影响因素进行深入分析,得出宏观经济因素对高星级酒店人工成本的影响效果最大,其次是国家政策因素,员工自身因素排第三,最后是酒店行业发展因素。
As one of the important costs of hotels,the increase of labor costs will inevitably lead to the accelerate of total cost.There-fore,exploring the influencing factors of the labor cost systematically become a vital link of hotel labor cost management.The article uses the literature review method to determine the 12 factors affecting the hotels'labor cost in China from four aspects.After analyzing the influencing factors of hotel labor cost through constructing a structural equation model and using the data from the questionnaire survey,there comes a conclusion that macroeconomic factors have the greatest impact on the labor cost of high-star hotels,followed by national policy factors,employee factors and hotel industry development factors.
