云南某铜矿铜钼分离浮选工艺优化研究及工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对云南某铜矿铜钼混合精矿分离困难、药剂用量大、钼资源无法充分回收利用的问题,选矿厂通过大量的小型实验及前期工业实验研究,优化原有浮选工艺及药剂制度,结果表明,采用新型铜抑制剂的组合药剂制度能获得合格的钼精矿产品,解决了该铜矿铜钼混合精矿分离难题。在工业实验中,尝试药剂添加点的优化改造,在大幅降低铜抑制剂用量的情况下,试生产连续产出了合格的钼精矿产品,钼精矿品位43.88%、回收率65.73%,钼精矿含铜1.386%。同时,对现行铜钼分离工艺中存在的一些问题进行了探讨。 In view of the intractable separation of a copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate in Yunnan,the large dosage of depressor,and insufficient recovery and utilization of molybdenum resources,the concentrator has optimized the original flotation process and the flotation reagent system through a lots of small-scale tests and preliminary industrial test studies.The results show that the use of new depressor can obtain qualified molybdenum concentrate,thus the intractable separation of the copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate is solved.In the industrial test,we try to optimize the adding point of the reagents,and under the condition of greatly reducing the dosage of the reagents,the trial production continuously produces qualified molybdenum concentrate products.The grade of molybdenum concentrates is 43.88%,the recovery rate is 65.73%,and the copper content in molybdenum concentrates is 1.386%.Meanwhile,some problems existing copper-molybdenum separation technology were discussed.
