摘要
目的:评估红外/红光治疗仪运用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗效果。方法:对2018年4月~2020年3月本医院收入的74例糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施项目对应分析,依据掷骰子方法予以两个组别构建,各个组别归入37例,试验组采用常规临床治疗方法+红外/红光治疗仪治疗,参照组采用常规临床治疗方法,研究整体治疗干预有效百分比、整体治疗效果满意百分比,对比开展治疗前和开展治疗两个疗程后震动感觉阈值测定结果。结果:试验组整体治疗干预有效百分比相较参照组具体研究指标内容提高(P<0.05);试验组开展治疗两个疗程后震动感觉阈值测定结果相较参照组和开展治疗前具体研究指标内容下降(P<0.05);试验组整体治疗效果满意百分比相较参照组具体研究指标内容提高(P<0.05)。结论:为糖尿病周围神经病变患者选取红外/红光治疗仪治疗干预的临床治疗功效较优。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of infrared/red light therapy instrument in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:74 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were analyzed.According to the method of rolling dice,two groups were constructed.Each group was divided into 37 cases.The experimental group was treated with routine clinical treatment method+infrared/red light therapy instrument.The reference group was treated with routine clinical treatment method to study the effectiveness of overall treatment intervention The results of the threshold of vibration sensation before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective percentage of treatment intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and before the treatment,the specific research index content of the test group decreased(P<0.05).The percentage of satisfaction of the overall treatment effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of infrared/red light therapeutic instrument is better for diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.
