摘要
法治中国情怀培育是专业知识学习的政治课,是专业知识传承的价值课,是职业方向选择的导向课,是职业方向滋养的情感课。法治中国情怀培育,能够为法科生提升专业认同提供感情基础,为法科生提升专业技能提供内源动力,为法科生克服法治中国建设中的职业倦怠提供精神动力。应重点培育法科生争做科学立法推动者、严格执法表率者、公正司法捍卫者、全民守法引领者的担当情怀。应当以政治素质过硬、专业素质精湛、人文素养优良的情怀培育,锻造科学立法推动者的担当情怀;以执法为民、法律至上以及以法律效果、社会效果、政治效果为导向的情怀培育,淬炼严格执法表率者的担当情怀;开展以事实为根据、以法律为准绳、以公正为目标的情怀培育,淬炼公正司法捍卫者的担当情怀;以提升全民法律信仰、弘扬法治精神、培养公民法治思维的情怀培育,淬炼全民守法引领者的担当情怀。
Feelings cultivation of China ruled by law is a political course of professional knowledge learning, a value course of professional knowledge inheritance, a guidance course of career direction selection and an emotional course of nourishing career direction. Feelings’ cultivation of China ruled by law can provide emotional basis for law students to enhance their professional identity, endogenous power for them to improve their professional skills and spiritual power for them to overcome their job burnout in law-ruled China construction. We should focus on cultivating the feelings of responsibility of law students to be the promoters of scientific legislation, the model of strict law enforcement, the defenders of justice and the leaders of law-abiding. It is necessary to cultivate the feelings of responsibility of the promoters of scientific legislation with excellent political quality, professional quality and humanistic quality. Cultivating the feelings of law enforcement for the people, the supremacy of law and the guidance of legal effect, social effect and political effect can refine the responsibility feelings of strict law enforcement model. We should cultivate the feelings of taking facts as the basis, law as the criterion and justice as the goal, so as to refine the feelings of the defenders of justice. Enhancing the legal belief of the whole people, carrying forward the spirit of rule of law and cultivating the feelings of citizens’ thinking of the rule of law can refine the feelings of responsibility of the law-abiding leaders of the whole people.
