摘要
目的研究多部门联合干预在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的作用。方法将2018年1—12月实施常规防控措施的住院患者54例作为对照组,将2019年1—12月收治的住院患者60例作为观察组,实施多部门联合干预模式,对比两组的多重耐药菌防控知识知晓率、防控措施执行情况、感染情况。结果医护人员在多部门联合干预模式实施后的多重耐药菌防控知识知晓得分高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的多重耐药菌防控措施执行率高于对照组,医院感染率、多重耐药菌感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在多重耐药菌医院感染防控中应用多部门联合干预模式可提升医护人员的多重耐药菌防控知识知晓率和执行率,有效减少多重耐药菌感染及医院感染的发生,具有较高的防控效果。
Objective To study the role of multi-sectoral joint intervention in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism in hospital infection.Methods 54 hospitalized patients with routine prevention and control measures from January to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and 60 inpatients from January to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The multi department joint intervention mode was implemented,and the awareness rate of knowledge on prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism,implementation of prevention and control measures and infection situation of the two groups were compared.Results After the implementation of the multi-sectoral joint intervention model,the scores of knowledge about the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism of medical staff were higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The implementation rate of prevention and control measures for multidrug-resistant organism in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hospital infection rate and multidrug-resistant organism infection rate were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi department joint intervention mode in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism hospital infection can improve the awareness rate and implementation rate of multidrug-resistant organism prevention and control knowledge of medical staff,effectively reduce the occurrence of multidrug-resistant organism infection and hospital infection,with high prevention and control effect.
