摘要
详细阐述了热芯盒的工艺装备、结构设计、分盒面的选择、壁厚的选择、射砂口的设计、排气装置的设计、定位装置的设计、出芯方式以及加热装置的结构设计等。介绍了热芯盒制芯过程中可能遇到的砂芯易变形、砂芯发气量大、铁液钻芯等问题以及相关工艺参数,得出以下结论:在设备引进、模具设计的过程中,从热芯盒的结构设计、壁厚的选择、射砂口的设计、排气装置的设计、定位装置的设计以及加热装置的设计等多方面综合考虑,就有可能将上述问题解决,将废品率控制在最低。
The tooling and core box structure design,box parting face choice,wall thickness choice,sand shooting holes design,venting system design,locating device design,core ejecting way design,and heating unit structure design of the hot core box were described in detail.An introduction was given to the possible problems in core making process by using hot core box including the sand core easy to be deformed,gas evolution volume of sand core to be big,iron melt to penetrate core,and related process parameters.Following conclusions was obtained:by multi-aspect integrated consideration in the equipment import and tooling design process including hot core box structure design,wall thickness choice,sand shooting holes choice,venting device design,locating device design and heating unit design,it was possible to solve all above problems to keep the scrap rate to a minimum.
