摘要
介绍了4GA汽油发动机缸体的生产工艺:采用KW水平静压造型线造型,三乙胺法冷芯盒制芯,中频感应电炉熔炼铁液,并采用悬挂式抛丸机粗抛和DISA抛丸机精抛的清理工艺。为解决水套内腔脉纹缺陷较严重的问题,采用了抗脉纹添加剂,试验结果表明:(1)使用冷芯盒砂芯生产缸体铸件时,由于芯砂在铸件浇注过程中承受高温烘烤,容易产生相变膨胀,导致砂芯开裂,是产生脉纹的主要因素;(2)加入抗脉纹剂对防止冷芯盒砂芯引起脉纹缺陷能起到较好的效果,且其成本较为低廉。
The production process of 4CA petrol engine cylinder block was introduced. The model of KW horizontal static pressure molding line,the core-making system of triethylantine method and the intermediate frequeney induction electric tumaee to smeh the mohen iron were used. The hanging shot blasting machine was used to rough polishing and DISA shot blasting machine was used to fine polishing process. In order to solve the serious problem of the veins in water jacket chamber, anti-veins additives were used. The test results showed that: (1)When using cold sand core to produce block castings,the core sand cracked due to the high temperature baking during the casting process. It was the main factor of veins. (2)Adding anti-pulse agent to prevent vein detects had a significant etteet, and its cost was relatively low.
