摘要 采用非熔化极气体保护焊(TIG)进行熔覆堆焊,研究Ni_(3)Al及Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2)金属间化合物基金属粉芯焊丝在45#钢、304不锈钢、42Cr Mo合金钢、4Cr14Ni14W2Mo耐热不锈钢基板上的熔覆层组织和性能。结果表明:(1)Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2)熔覆后的平均稀释率(34.55%)低于Ni_(3)Al熔覆后的平均稀释率(42.8%);(2)采用纯Ni_(3)Al金属粉芯焊丝堆焊后的熔覆层主要为单一的γ’-Ni_(3)Al相,采用Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2)时,熔覆层主要由γ’-Ni_(3)Al相MC型及M_(23)C_(6)型碳化物组成;(3)Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2)熔覆层的显微硬度显著高于纯Ni_(3)Al熔覆层;(4)采用Ni_(3)Al、Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2)金属粉芯焊丝在4种实验基板上熔覆,焊道冶金结合良好、润湿良好,堆焊后缺陷少,堆焊层硬度高于母材,能够用于相关材料表面增强熔覆。 The TIG welding is used for surfacing to study the cladding layers of Ni_(3)Al and Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2) intermetallic compoundbased metal powder-cored wires on different substrate materials.The results show that:(1) After cladding, the average dilution rate of Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2) wire(34.55%) is lower than that of Ni_(3)Al wire(42.8%);(2) The microstructure of cladding layer after surfacing with pure Ni_(3)Al metal powder-cored wire is mainly single γ’-Ni_(3)Al phase, and when using Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2) wire, the cladding layer is mainly composed of γ’-Ni_(3)Al phase and MC type and M23 C6 type carbides;(3)The microhardness of Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2) cladding layer is significantly higher than that of pure Ni_(3)Al cladding layer;(4) Using Ni_(3)Al,Ni_(3)Al+Cr_(3)C_(2) metal powder-cored wire for cladding on 4 kinds of experimental substrates, the bead has good metallurgy bonding and wetting, and few defects after surfacing, and the hardness of the surfacing layer is higher than that of the base metal, so it can be used for surfacing of related materials.
