摘要
主要通过剪切强度和90°剥离强度两种测试方法,研究了3种J-338金属网复合膜在不同固化时间、不同固化压力等工艺参数下的粘接强度,据此确定了J-338胶膜的固化工艺参数。J-338胶膜与T300/BA9913预浸料按此固化参数共固化,测试了其在-55℃、23℃和70℃下的粘接强度,并制作了5个工艺典型件。试验结果表明,J-338胶膜与T300/BA9913预浸料固化参数匹配较好,有较好的使用工艺性,对平板类结构有一定变形影响,应用时应避免预浸料表面0°铺层,尽量采用45°方向铺层。
The bonding strength of three kinds of J-338 metal mesh laminated films under different conditions of curing time and pressure is studied by two test methods, namely, lap shear strength and 90° peel strength. Based on this, the curing process parameters of J-338 film are determined. Then the J-338 film and T300/BA9913 prepreg are co-cured according to the determined curing parameters, and their bonding strength at-55℃, 23℃ and 70℃ is tested respectively and five typical parts are also fabricated. The results show that the curing parameters of J-338 film and T300/BA9913 prepreg are well matched and the use technology is good, but it has a certain deformation effect on the flat structure. Therefore, the 0 °coating on the prepreg surface should be avoided in application, while the 45° direction coating should be used as far as possible.
