摘要
针对加筋面板结构形式的耐高温复材工装从加强筋结构形式、成型方法、固化工艺参数等方面开展成型工艺研究。结果表明:选用XT200-C(t)200-1250和XT200-C(t)650-1250复合材料工装模具专用预浸料,面板预固化时加压时机从室温至55℃之间,面板后固化时的固化温度200℃和保温时间2h,面板后固化升温速率0.5℃/min和降温速率0.3℃/min制备的加筋面板结构形式的耐高温复材工装试样,具有优良的成型质量,较小的弯曲挠度,较高的型面精度。采用面板先成型,与加强筋共胶接工艺方法制备的加筋面板结构形式的耐高温复材工装是基于成本-质量平衡优化的最佳选择,该工艺是合理可行的,满足使用要求。
For the high temperature resistant composite tooling of the stiffened panel structure,the forming process research is carried out from the aspects of the stiffener structure,forming method,and curing process parameters.The results show that:XT200-C(t)200-1250 and XT200-C(t)650-1250 are used as special prepregs for tooling and moulding of composite materials.When the panel is pre-cured,the pressing time is from room temperature to 55℃,and the curing temperature of panel post curing is 200 ℃ and the holding time is 2h.The high-temperature resistant composite samples with stiffened panel structure are prepared by heating rate of 0.5 ℃/min and cooling rate of 0.3 ℃/min after panel curing,which has excellent forming quality,small bending deflection,and high profile accuracy.The high temperature resistant composite tooling of the reinforced panel structure,prepared by the panel first formed and co-bonding with the reinforcing ribs,is the best choice based on cost-quality balance optimization.The process is reasonable and feasible and meets the requirements of use.
