700℃超超临界机组用镍基高温合金的发展及其焊接研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了欧洲、日本及美国针对700℃等级超超临界燃煤机组用镍基高温合金的研究情况,以AD700所选用的617合金及在焊接方面取得了突破性进展的740改进型合金(740H)为例介绍了镍基高温合金的焊接研究进展。617具有良好的焊接性能,但其管件焊缝在现场挂炉试验中出现了裂纹,其改进型合金617B的性能有待进一步研究。740H具有良好的高温性能,在焊接试验中表现出良好的抗液化裂纹能力。用282焊丝或740H焊丝均能获得740H的良好接头,但未达到ASME第IX卷的相关要求,针对740H的焊丝有待进一步研究。 This paper briefs the present status of ultra-supercritical steam( USC) turbines operating above 700 ℃ in Europe,Japan and the United States, followed by discussing on welding research progress of 617 alloy selected by AD700 and the 740 improved alloy(740 H) which has made a breakthrough in welding as examples. Cracks appeared in the welding seam of 617 alloy pipe fittings in the field hanging furnace test, although the 617 alloy has good weld ability. The properties of the improved alloy617 B need to be further studied. 740 H has good high temperature performance and good anti-liquefaction crack ability in welding test. A good 740 H joint can be obtained with either 282 or 740 H wire, but it does not meet the requirements of ASME Section IX.The 740 H wire needs further study.
