摘要
全球新冠肺炎疫情带来的公共卫生危机,导致各国政府先后实施了禁航禁运和贸易限制措施,在这种背景下研究各国贸易政策相互模仿的同群效应就显得尤为重要。本文通过2009-2018年中东欧国家的面板数据,利用空间计量模型研究了中东欧国家对华贸易的同群效应。结果显示:(1)中东欧国家对华贸易实践不仅仅依据本国的经济社会条件,还会通过模仿同群国家的对华贸易实践,也即是说中东欧国家的对华贸易实践存在显著的同群效应。(2)地理上越相近、市场自由度越相似、经济发展水平越相近、经济外向度越相似的中东欧国家,其对华贸易实践的同群效应越显著。(3)一带一路倡议提出之前,中东欧国家对华的贸易政策的同群效应不太显著,而一带一路倡议提出以后该同群效应特别显著。对中东欧国家对华贸易的同群效应研究,为研究中东欧国家对华贸易的影响因素提供新的视角,也可以为中国在中东欧地区打造"样板工程"、推进"示范项目"、推进一带一路建设提供理论与实证支撑。
The global novel coronavirus pneumonia brings the public health crisis, which has led to the implementation of the embargo and trade restrictions.It is particularly important to study the "peer effect" of governments’ trade policy under this background.This paper uses panel data of central and Eastern European countries in 2009-2018 to study the "peer effect" of trade between CEECs and China by using spatial econometric model.The results show that:(1) The CEECs’ import and export trade with China imitates and follows the "peer countries" to carry out trade practice on China, there is a significant "peer effect" existed.(2) The "peer countries" of CEECs include not only geographically adjacent countries, but also countries with similar market freedom, similar economic development level or similar export-oriented level.(3) Before the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed, the peer effect of CEECs was not very significant, but after the initiative proposed the peer effect was particularly significant.The study on the peer effect of trade between China and CEECs will provide a new perspective for studying the trade-influencing factors of China-CEECs.
