摘要
Dorothy曾对烷基和芳基取代的硫脲类化合物的合成及应用作过评论,近二十年来,相继报道一些酰基取代的硫脲衍生物在抗结核、抗病毒、抗真菌、杀虫、除草以及调节植物生长方面的应用;一些连结吡啶酰基的硫脲类化合物有生长调节作用.
The interaction of equimolar quantities of benzothiazolylthioacetyl hydrazin(Ⅴ)and aroylisothiocyanates in dry acetone yields a Series of new 1-benzothia-zolylthioacetyl-4-aroylthiosemicarbazides(Ⅵ):■-N=G-S-C-S-CH_(2)-C-NHNH_(2)+ArCONCS→■-N=G-S-C-S-CH_(2)-C--NHNH-C-NH-C-Ar.Ar=C_(6)H_(6),o-CH_(3)C_(6)H_(4),m-CH_(3)C_(6)H_(4),p-cH_(3)h4,o-fC_(6)H_(4),p-FC_(6)H_(4),o-CLC_(6)H_(4),m-CLC_(6)H_(4),p-CLC_(6)H_(4),m-BrC_(6)H_(4),p-BrC_(6)H_(4),p-IC_(6)H_(4),m-NO_(2)C_(6)H_(4),p-NO_(2)C_(6)H_(4),p-CH_(3)OC_(6)H_(4),C_(6)H_(6)CH=CH-,Furyl-2,The structures of all the compounds synthesized were characterized byelemental analyses,infra-red spectra and by nuclear magnetic resonance spectraand mass spectra for some representative compounds.The determination ofbiological activity of all the compounds is going on.
