摘要
二硼化钛陶瓷因其具有优异理化特性引起了广泛的关注。但由于其原料成本较高、烧结难以完全致密化,大面积应用二硼化钛陶瓷受到限制。烧结技术的进步和复相材料的添加是改善和提高二硼化钛陶瓷烧结能力和性能的主要途径。本文从二硼化钛陶瓷主要烧结方法及复相体系综述了二硼化钛陶瓷的研究进展,同时总结归纳了二硼化钛陶瓷未来的发展方向。
Titanium diboride ceramics have attracted extensive attention for its excellent physical and chemical properties.However,the commercial application of TiB_(2) ceramics have been limited by the high cost of raw materials and the difficulty in fully densification.The progress of sintering technology and the addition of multiphase materials are effective ways to improve the sintering ability and properties of titanium dioxide ceramics.In this paper,the main sintering methods and multiphase system of titanium diboride ceramics have reviewed,and the future development direction of titanium diboride ceramics has summarized.
