基于社会主义核心价值观的护理硕士核心素养评价指标的构建 被引量:2

摘要 目的以科学学位护理学专业硕士研究生为例,通过德尔菲法等,以社会主义核心价值观为依托,制定一套核心素养评价指标体系,以期为护理学专业研究生培养提供借鉴。方法运用文献分析法、专家会议法、德尔菲专家咨询法,通过2轮专家函询确立了评价指标体系及各指标权重系数。结果形成了基于社会主义核心价值观的护理学专业科学学位硕士研究生核心素养评价指标体系,一级指标3项,2级指标10项,3级指标42项。RR=100%,Ca=0.891,肯德尔和谐系数的显著性检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论一级指标“基本素质”和“基本学术能力”的权重高于“基本知识”;二级指标“学术素养”和“学术道德”的权重均高于其他指标;三级指标“遵守法律、法规、社会公德”“遵守学术规范”“保护知识产权,尊重他人劳动权益”等的权重也比较高,由此可见,专家对社会主义核心价值观的内涵的认知程度比较高,认可了人文素养在研究生培养方面的重要性。 Objective Based on the socialist core values,a set of evaluation index system of core literacy was established by Delphi method and so on,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of nursing postgraduates.Methods By means of literature analysis and Delphi expert consultation,the evaluation index system and the weight coefficients of each index are established through two rounds of expert consultation.Results The evaluation index system of core literacy of Nursing Science Degree Postgraduates Based on socialist core values was formed.There are 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators.RR=100%,Ca=0.891,significance test of kendall harmony coefficient P<0.01.Conclusions The weight of the first level indicators of"basic quality"and"basic academic ability"is higher than that of"basic knowledge";the weight of the second level indicators of"academic literacy"and"academic ethics"are higher than other indicators;the third level indicators such as"abide by laws,regulations,social morality","abide by academic norms","protect intellectual property rights,respect the labor rights and interests of others"are also relatively high experts have a high degree of understanding of the connotation of socialist core values,and have recognized the importance of humanistic quality in graduate education.
