摘要
相较于承包中国国内的工程项目,承包国际工程项目受到多种因素的影响,风险和不确定性较大,在投标阶段就应该注重风险管控,进行有效地风险防御。文章总结了国际工程投标的常见风险并进行了说明,阐述了国际工程标前组织的程序和原则,结合大量实际工程案例,介绍了研究招标文件和现场考察两个关键阶段中的风险防控要点和应对方法,可为参与国际工程投标的中国企业提供借鉴。
Compared with contracting engineering projects in China,contracting international engineering projects is affected by many factors,with great risks and uncertainties.Risk control should be paid attention to and effective risk prevention should be carried out in bidding stage.In this paper,we summarized the common risks of international project bidding,and expounded the procedures and principles of international project pre-bidding organizations,and introduced the key points and countermeasures of risk prevention and control by studying bid documents and on-site investigation combining with a large number of practical engineering cases,so as to provide reference for Chinese enterprises who participate in international project bidding.
