综采工作面液压支架压力监测系统的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了准确监测工作面液压支架的周期来压步距,设计一种液压支架压力监测系统,通过分析压力监测系统的整体架构,对工作面周期来压步距进行预测,在煤峪口矿2304工作面上进行实际应用。结果表明:工作面周期来压步距的预测平均误差为1.62 m,误差在允许范围内,监测结果可靠,为矿压观测和顶板管理提供依据。 In order to accurately monitor the periodic pressure step distance of hydraulic support in working face,a pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support is designed. By analyzing the overall structure of the pressure monitoring system, the periodic pressure step distance of working face is predicted and applied in the 2304 working face of Meiyukou Coal Mine. The results show that the average prediction error of the periodic pressure step distance of the working face is 1.62 m, the error is within the allowable range, and the monitoring result is reliable, which provides a basis for mine pressure observation and roof management.
