摘要
高校辅导员流动性大,已成为辅导员队伍建设的主要瓶颈。辅导员的过度流动,不仅影响大学生思想政治工作开展,而且在一定程度上阻碍了高校发展,因而有必要加强高校辅导员队伍的稳定性建设。可从业务能力、工作性质、学校环境和个人特质等四个维度,设计辅导员队伍建设稳定性满意度指标并开展问卷调查,分析影响辅导员队伍稳定性的因素,进而就提升高校辅导员队伍的稳定性提出相应对策。
The high mobility of college counselors has become the main bottleneck in the construction of the counselor team. The excessive flow of counselors not only affects the development of college students’ ideological and political work, but also restricts the development of colleges and universities to some certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to take effective measures to strengthen the stability of the college counselor team. From the four dimensions of business ability, nature of work, school environment and personal characteristics, a questionnaire survey was conducted to design the stability satisfaction index of the construction of the counselor team. The survey shows that the stability of the counselor team involves three levels of individuals, universities, and society, and starting from the three aspects of individuals, colleges and society, corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the stability of the college counselor team.
