利用MSCT技术研究压缩后肺体积与测量参数之间的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation of the Compressed Pulmonary Volume of Multi-Slice CT and Measurement Parameters

摘要 目的基于多层螺旋CT(MSCT)评价压缩后肺体积与胸部CT测量参数的相关性,确定与压缩后肺体积密切相关的测量参数。方法使用MSCT工作站中的CT参数测量工具和Pulmo软件分别测量卧位时外伤性血、气胸患者的压缩后剩余肺组织的上下径、主动脉弓、隆突下、膈顶层面的最大横径与纵径以及肺体积,并采用SPSS 20.0分析肺体积与各胸部CT测量参数的相关性。结果压缩后的剩余肺体积与胸部不同层面的CT测量参数之间存在相关性。结论外伤性血、气胸患者的压缩后剩余肺体积均存在密切相关的胸部CT测量参数,可利用这些参数进行肺压缩程度定量的进一步研究。 Objective To evaluate the relevance of CT measurement parameters and the compressed pulmonary volume, and to define the measurement parameters which were closely related to the the compressed lung volume. Methods The pulmonary volume was calculated by Pulmo software.A video card is used to measure the top and vertical diameter of the compressed lung, aortic arch levels, subcarinal level, diaphragmatic top surface’ maximum transverse diameter and maximum anteroposterior diameter.CT measurement parameters were statistically calculated with the detected volume of the compressed lung by SPSS 20.0. Results The compressed lung volume were correlated well with CT measurement parameters in different plane. Conclusion The correlation for volume vs the measurement parameters is high, meanwhile, the CT measurement parameters for The chest can evaluate the compression ratio of lung.
