摘要
目的:观察保胎灵胶囊联合间苯三酚注射液治疗先兆流产肾虚证的疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:纳入104例先兆流产肾虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各52例。2组均以间苯三酚注射液治疗,观察组加服保胎灵胶囊。2组均治疗2周,随访2周。比较2组的临床疗效、妊娠率,于治疗前及治疗2周后评定肾虚证主症评分,检测性激素[血清孕酮(P)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、雌二醇(E2)]水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组阴道出血、小腹坠痛、腰酸痛、膝酸软评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),观察组4项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组血清P、HCG、E2水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.01),观察组血清P、HCG、E2水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。随访2周,观察组正常妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保胎灵胶囊联合间苯三酚注射液治疗先兆流产肾虚证可提高临床疗效,促进临床症状的缓解和性激素水平的改善,提高正常妊娠率。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Baotailing capsules combined with phloroglucinol injection for threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with threatened abortion of kidney deficiency syndrome were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given phloroglucinol injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Baotailing capsules.Both groups were given two-week treatment and two-week follow-up.Clinical effect and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Before and after two-week treatment,score of main symptoms of kidney deficiency syndrome was evaluated,and levels of sex hormone[serum progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),estradiol(E2)]were detected.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Scores of vaginal bleeding,bearing-down pain of lower abdomen,aching pain of lower back,and soreness and weakness of knees in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the four symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Levels of P,HCG,and E2in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the above levels in serum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).During two-week follow-up,the normal pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome,the therapy of Baotailing capsules combined with phloroglucinol injection can enhance the clinical effect,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and the improvement of sex hormone levels,and improve normal pregnancy rate.
