摘要
高坝大库由于其显著的社会影响和军事价值,无疑成为恐怖爆炸和局部战争的重点袭击目标。流域梯级电站的抗爆防护问题更加显著,某级水电工程失事将引起次生洪水灾害等连锁反应。文章回顾世界范围内遭受爆炸袭击的大坝,并从大坝抗爆试验和数值分析方法等方面论述大坝抗爆安全评估亟待解决的关键科学问题和技术难题,系统分析不同爆炸打击方式下的高坝抗爆安全评估理论与方法,包括爆炸冲击波传播、多介质瞬态耦合作用机制、高应变率动态损伤本构模型、不同爆炸打击下的大坝爆炸毁伤效应以及不同坝型的抗爆性能等内容,最后提出高坝抗爆防爆研究的战略目标和重点研究方向。
Due to the significant social influence and military value,the high dams with large reservoir are the primary target of terrorist attacks and local wars.The antiknock security problem of the cascaded hydroelectric power plant is more vital.Once a high dam in the cascade reservoir group is destroyed by the explosion,it may cause secondary flood disaster and chain reaction.In this work,those dams around the world attacked by explosions are reviewed,and the key scientific and technical problems,which shall be urgently solved in the blast-resistance safety evaluation of dam,are discussed from the field blast test and numerical analysis.Furthermore,the theory and method of the blast-resistance safety evaluation of high dams subjected to different blast attacks are systematically analyzed.The related contents include the blast wave propagation,multi-media transient coupling mechanism,dynamic damage constitutive model at high strain rate,damage effects of dams under different attack scenarios,and blast-resistance performance of different dam types.Finally,the strategic goal and key research direction of blast-resistance research on high dam are put forward.
