摘要
为定量评估天津港"8·12"特大火灾爆炸事故的灾害效应,文章对公开报道的事故资料进行了收集和梳理,基于质点震动速度、爆炸能量、爆炸成坑特征和建筑毁伤半径等4个关键参数,运用不同方法对爆炸灾害的威力效应(等效TNT当量)进行定量评估;并基于爆炸现场的人员和建筑物的毁伤情况,结合TNT当量比例距离和相关手册的计算方法,对灾害评估结果进行了验证。评估结果表明:通过3种不同方法计算的爆炸灾害等效TNT当量具有较好的一致性,推算此次爆炸的威力相当于500t TNT炸药。
To quantitatively assess the disaster effects of the "8 12" explosion in Tianjin port, the data from the public reports were collected and sorted out, and the energy of the explosion (i. e., TNT equivalence) was evaluated using different methods based on the four key factors such as the particle vibration velocity, blast energy, features of explosion crater and damage radius of building. The assessment results were verified based on the personnel casualties, the damage conditions of buildings, and the proportional distance of TNT equivalent using the calculation method in related manuals. The results show that the equivalent TNT charge masses predicted by different methods agree well with each other, and the energy of the explosion is equivalent to 500 tons of TNT.
