摘要 针对高温熔融铝液遇水作用产生的爆炸现象,建立了熔融铝液遇水爆炸冲击波效应的实验测试系统。应用数字压力记录仪(DPR)测量了距爆炸中心不同距离处的冲击波超压峰值及速度,应用冲击波超压的经验公式及TNT当量法计算了相应距离处的冲击波超压峰值,并与实验测试值进行对比,分析了高温铝液遇水爆炸与TNT凝聚炸药爆炸产生冲击波效应的差异情况,为揭示高温铝液遇水爆炸机理提供有效依据。 To understand the phenomenon of the explosion between molten aluminum and coolant water,a measuring system was developed to investigate the shock wave effects.The peak overpressures and velocities of the shock wave at the different distances from the explosion center were measured by a digital pressure recorder.The peak overpressures of the shock wave at the same distances from the explosion center were calculated for the equivalent mass of TNT based on an empirical formula about the TNT equivalent method.And the calculated overpressures were compared with the measured ones to analyze the shockwave effects produced by the explosion between molten aluminum and coolant water different from those produced by the explosion of the TNT condensed explosives.The investigated results are helpful for revealing the mechanism.
