摘要
运用DEA模型及Malmquist指数对2005-2015年间上海市文化产业投入效率进行实证研究,分析了上海市文化产业投入产出效率变化情况及其变化的原因。结果表明:上海市文化产业投入效率处于较高水平,不同时期的规模收益存在差异,规模效率对总效率的影响强于纯技术效率;上海市文化产业基础雄厚,文化产业Malmquist生产率指数总体提高,技术进步对提升贡献较大。文化产业发展还存在增长趋势波动,不够持续的问题,并对此提出相关对策建议。
Using the DEA model and the Malmquist index,this paper conducts empirical research on the input efficiency of Shanghai’s cultural industry during 2005-2015,and analyzes the changes in the input-output efficiency of the cultural industry in Shanghai and the reasons for the change.The results show that the input efficiency of the cultural industry in Shanghai is at a high level,and the scale returns vary in different periods.The effect of scale efficiency on total efficiency is stronger than that of pure technical efficiency.The cultural industry is strong in Shanghai;the Malmquist productivity index of cultural industries has generally increased;technological progress contributes to the improvement.The development of cultural industries still has the problem of fluctuating and not sustainable development trends and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
