摘要
针对传统皮带机控制方式落后、安全可靠性低、自动化水平低以及运输效率低等问题,以东滩煤矿东翼、西翼和北翼三个采区为例,在分析各个采区皮带机所存在问题的基础上,结合相关的皮带机集中控制系统的理论基础,针对性地提出改造方案和实施路径,最后对改造后皮带机集中控制系统的应用效果进行评估。
Aiming at the problems of backward control mode,low safety and reliability,low automation level and low transportation efficiency of traditional belt conveyor,taking the Dongtan Coal Mine as an example,based on the analysis of the existing problems of belt conveyor in each mining area and combined with the theoretical basis of relevant belt conveyor centralized control system,this paper puts forward the transformation scheme and implementation path.Finally,the application effect of the reformed belt conveyor centralized control system is evaluated.
