井下皮带机跑偏故障与改进探究

摘要 皮带机是煤矿开采中的重要设备,确保皮带机稳定运行,可提升整个煤矿开采工作的质量与效率.基于此,以井下皮带机为研究对象,通过对故障原因状况及图解理论的简单分析,进而提出了皮带机跑偏故障的改进措施,以此为皮带机稳定运行提供支持. Belt conveyor is an important equipment in coal mining,ensuring the stable operation of belt conveyor can improve the quality and efficiency of the whole coal mining work.Based on this,taking the underground belt conveyor as the research object,through the simple analysis of the failure cause condition and the graphical theory,then put forward the improvement measures of belt conveyor deflection fault,so as to provide support for the stable operation of the belt conveyor.
