摘要
目的观察复方樟柳碱联合阿柏西普治疗Ⅱ型视盘血管炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析河南大学淮河医院2018年6月至2020年6月Ⅱ型视盘血管炎62例(62眼)的临床资料,所有患者分成两组,每组31例(31眼)。对照组采用阿柏西普玻璃体内注射,观察组采用复方樟柳碱颞部皮下注射联合阿柏西普玻璃体内注射。观察两组治疗前后的视力、黄斑中心区厚度及视觉诱发电位等。结果治疗后两组视力均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),治疗后1周和6个月后两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周和6个月两组的黄斑中心区厚度均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月观察组的视觉诱发电位P100波振幅高于对照组、潜伏期低于对照组、光敏度高于对照组、视野缺损低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱联合阿柏西普治疗Ⅱ型视盘血管炎的效果良好,术后视力优于单纯阿柏西普治疗者。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the compound anisodine combined with intravitreal injection of aflibercept for the treatment of typeⅡoptic disc vasculitis.Methods The clinical data of 62 eyes of 62 patients with typeⅡoptic disc vasculitis from Jun.2018 to Jun.2020 in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University were retrospectively analyzed.The paitients were divided into two groups,with 31 eyes of 31 cases in each group.The control group received intravitreal injection of 0.05 ml aflibercept and the observation group was given compound anisodine subcutaneous injection in temporal side and intravitreal injection of 0.05 ml aflibercept.The visual acuity,central macular thickness and VEP of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups after 1 week and 6 months(P<0.05).The central macular thickness of the two groups at 1 week and 6 months after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the amplitude of P100 wave of VEP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the latency was lower than that in the control group,the photosensitivity was higher than that in the control group,and the visual field defect was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both compound anisodine and aflibercept are effective in the treatment of macular edema caused by type II optic discvasculitis.The visual acuity of the former is better than that of the latter.
