摘要
针对现有经验公式计算方法设计的防爆柜体较为笨重的问题,采用有限元分析方法对现有防爆柜体进行了静力学分析,得到其应力储备过大的结论,并找到优化设计方向。通过Workbench软件进行多目标参数优化分析,建立了优化参数及目标参数的参数化有限元模型,得到了较为合理的防爆柜体各优化参数值。
In view of the bulkiness of the explosion-proof cab inet designed by the existing empirical formula calculation method,the static analysis of the existing explosion-proof cabinet is carried out by using the finite element analysis method,the conclusion of excessive stress reserve is obtained,and the optimization design direction is found.Through the multi-objective parameter optimization analysis of Workbench software,the parametric finite element model of optimization parameters and target parameters is established,and the more reasonable optimization parameter values of explosion-proof cabinet are obtained.
