摘要
“无废城市”建设是国家生态文明建设和绿色发展的重要组成部分,餐厨垃圾的分类“无废化”是推进“无废城市”建设的重要抓手。采用文献调研、网络问卷调查、实地调研与非定点拦截访问相结合的方式,梳理了兰州市高校餐厨垃圾处理现状。针对兰州市高校餐厨垃圾处理现状和存在的问题,提出了加强宣传、加大政策支持、强化政策实施、深化过程管理等推进高校餐厨垃圾分类“无废化”的措施与建议,为推进高校餐厨垃圾分类“无废化”处理与管理提供决策参考。
The construction of“Zero Waste Cities”is an important part of constructing ecological civilization and green development in China.No-waste food waste serves as a foothold for enhancing“Zero Waste Cities”construction.This study conducted an investigation on the state of food waste management of colleges and universities in Lanzhou with the combination of documentation investigation,network questionnaire,field research and non-fixed-point interception interview method.On the basis of the existing problem in the process of food waste management of colleges and universities in Lanzhou,the study proposed corresponding measures and suggestions,including strengthening the propaganda,increasing policy support,intensifying policy implementation,and deepening process management.It provides the decision-making reference for the promotion of no-waste food waste management on campus.
