摘要
本文探索以Shiny框架为工具,利用R语言,基于图形用户界面搭建数据分析与可视化应用,以机器学习算法课程中线性回归、局部加权线性回归以及岭回归算法作为可视化教学的试点,进行不同的参数设定与结果交互式可视化。本文的三个案例分析结果表明,将Shiny软件运用到应用统计学的课堂教学中,制作交互可视化内容上传到网络,并通过网络平台与学生讨论与互动,从而可以将抽象的概念知识可视化,通过交互式可视化的方式实现人机交互、师生交互,优化设计方案,激发学生学习的兴趣,培养学生的编程设计能力。
In this paper, the shiny framework is used as a tool, the R language is used, and the data analysis and visualization application is built based on the graphical user interface. The linear regression, locally weighted linear regression and ridge regression algorithms in the machine learning algorithm course are used as the pilot of visualization teaching to set different parameters and interactively visualize the results. The results of three case studies in this paper show that by applying shiny software to the classroom teaching of applied statistics, making interactive visual content, uploading it to the network, and discussing and interacting with students through the network platform, we can visualize abstract conceptual knowledge, realize human-computer interaction, teacherstudent interaction and optimize the design scheme through interactive visualization, Stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate students’ programming ability.
