摘要 随着我国制造行业企业规模和业务量的逐年增多,以多品种、小批量和多批次为特点的离散制造业的生产模式逐渐成为主流。客户对产品交货周期与产品质量的要求也越来越高,并且高度离散的工艺流程使得制造现场管理的难度越来越大,传统的ERP等系统在实时处理制造现场问题的弊端和不足也日益凸显。笔者通过借鉴工业互联网的思维模式,将孤立的设备、工艺以及物料等进行整合,构建一个完整的信息化体系,从而消除信息孤岛,加快推进企业的智能制造转型。 Along with our country manufacturing industry enterprise scale and business volume increased year by year,with many varieties,small batch and many batches for the characteristics of discrete manufacturing production mode gradually become mainstream,customer demand for product delivery cycle and the quality of the products is becoming more and more high,and highly discrete process makes the difficulty of the manufacturing site is more and more big,The disadvantages and deficiencies of traditional ERP system in real-time processing of manufacturing field problems are also increasingly prominent.In this paper,by referring to the thinking mode of industrial Internet,the isolated equipment,process,materials and other integrated,to build a complete information system,in order to eliminate the island of information,accelerate the transformation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
