摘要
管道运输已成为我国油气运输的一种主要方式,随着管道数量增多,长度加长,意味着管道运输的安全问题日益加重。本项目研究的目的是在管道发生泄漏时及时报警,在最短的时间里能获得最准确的信息,以便找到可能出现危险的位置,并及时给予正确的工作指导,防止危险发生。本项目从图像处理的角度出发,利用彩色目标分割的原理对视频序列图像中彩色目标进行识别与跟踪。当管道某处发生泄漏时,通过管道泄漏定位及报警软件迅速确定泄漏点,并在监控系统中及时报警、显示。因此,该系统软件为管理部门提供了良好的平台,方便对于管道网络运行状况进行及时的查询,对防范与解决突发情况具有良好的参考价值。
Pipeline transportation has become a major method of oil and gas transportation in my country,and as the number in⁃creases,the length increases,which means that the safety problem of pipeline transportation is also increasing.The purpose of this proj⁃ect's research is to detect the alarm in time when a pipeline leak occurs,so as to obtain the most accurate information in the shortest time,so as to find the location that may be dangerous,and to give correct work instructions in time to prevent the danger from occurring.From the perspective of image processing,this project uses the principle of color target segmentation to identify and track color targets in video sequence images.When a leak occurs somewhere in the pipeline,the leak location can be quickly determined through the work of the pipeline leak location and alarm software,and the monitoring system will alert and display it in time.Therefore,the system software provides a good platform for the management department to facilitate timely inquiries about the pipeline network operating sta⁃tus,and has a good reference significance for preventing and solving emergencies.
