摘要
心力衰竭是多种心脏疾病的终末期表现,发病率及死亡率较高。桥接整合因子1是近几年出现的一种新型生物标记物,本文就桥接整合因子1的结构、功能以及其对心力衰竭的诊断、预后评估及治疗的潜在价值等方面进行综述。
Heart failure is the end-stage manifestation of a variety of heart diseases,with high morbidity and mortality.Bridging integration factor 1 is a new type of biomarker that has emerged in recent years.This article reviews the structure and function of bridging integration factor 1 and its potential value in the diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment of heart failure.
