摘要
目的探讨系统超声检查诊断早期胎儿神经系统畸形的临床价值。方法纳入2019年1月—2021年2月来新余市人民医院进行产检的985例孕妇作为研究对象,均接受四维彩色多普勒超声检查,检出胎儿神经系统畸形者进一步进行染色体检查确认,对于染色体检查仍显示畸形异常者建议终止妊娠,若染色体检查结果呈阴性建议可以继续妊娠,所有继续妊娠者需在孕中晚期进行二次超声检查。记录孕早期、孕中晚期胎儿神经系统畸形检出情况。结果本组985例孕妇孕早期共检出17例胎儿神经系统畸形(1.73%),15例发现畸形后终止妊娠;剩余970例孕妇孕中晚期再次检查,共检出4例胎儿神经系统畸形(0.41%)。结论系统超声检查诊断早期胎儿神经系统畸形效果显著,及早进行检查是提高检出率的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of systematic ultrasound in the diagnosis of early fetal nervous system malformation.Methods 985 pregnant women who had been examined in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were included as the research object.All pregnant women were examined by four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound.Those who detected fetal nervous system malformation should be further confirmed by chromosome examination.For those who still showed abnormal chromosome,we suggest termination of pregnancy.If the results of chromosome examination are negative,pregnancy can be continued.All those who continue to pregnancy need to have a second ultrasound examination in the middle and late pregnancy.The detection of nervous system malformation in early and middle and late pregnancy was recorded,and the difference of detection rate was compared.Results In 985 pregnant women,17 cases of fetal nervous system malformation(1.73%)were detected in the early pregnancy,15 cases were found to terminate pregnancy after the malformation was found,and the remaining 970 pregnant women were re examined in the middle and late pregnancy,and 4 cases of fetal nervous system malformation(0.41%)were detected.Conclusion The system ultrasound is effective in diagnosing early fetal nervous system malformation.Early ultrasound is the key to improve the detection rate of fetal nervous system malformation.
