摘要
以隆回县山界回族乡古法红糖产业为研究对象,采用现场调研、资料研究等方法,探究得出山界回族乡古法红糖产业面临着产业发展缺乏整体性规划、生产加工规模化水平不高、产业配套基础设施不完善、销售方式营销策略太守旧等困境,研究提出加大政府支持力度、搭建产业发展载体、实施品牌营销策略、拓宽产品销售渠道、推动产业融合发展等政策建议,以期促进山界回族乡古法红糖产业的长效发展,也为其他少数民族地区特色产业发展提供参考借鉴。
The material basis of Rural Revitalization is industrial revitalization.This paper takes the brown sugar industry of ancient method in Shanjie Hui Nationality Township of Longhui County as the research object,using the methods of on-the-spot investigation and literature research,explores the development difficulties of brown sugar industry in Shanjie Hui Nationality Township,such as the lack of overall plan for industrial development,the low level of production and processing scale,the imperfection of industrial supporting infrastructure,the old-fashioned sale method and marketing strategy,and so on.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as increasing government support,building industrial development carrier,implementing brand marketing strategy,broadening product marketing channel,and promoting industrial integration development,in order to promote the healthy development of the brown sugar industry of ancient method in Shanjie Hui Nationality Township,provide reference for the development of characteristic industries in other minority areas,and promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
