摘要
新时代的中国乡村社会正面临着人口与劳动力外流带来的结构与形态的巨变,乡村“空巢社会”将成为当前及未来一段时期内乡村社会的新常态。乡村振兴虽是在城镇化、现代化大背景下推进的,但需要跳出城市中心主义及现代性的陷阱,重新认识乡村的社会生态价值,修复和重建乡村社会文化系统的功能。振兴乡村不同于城市化,因而没有统一的模式可以复制,而是需要因地制宜地探寻和发现多样性的道路,但可以朝着产业融合发展的大方向努力。在振兴乡村的路径选择问题上,还需要处理好国家意志与农民主体性、顶层设计与基层实践等方面的关系问题,既要通过合理的制度安排和有效的政策措施保障国家“三农”发展目标的达成,同时也要充分发挥农民主体性,让乡村社会在现代化进程中保持着恰当的发展。
In the new era,rural China is facing great transition in structure and form which is brought about by the outflow of population and labor force. Now and the near future,rural "empty-nest society" will become the new-normal of rural society. Although rural revitalization is promoted under the background of urbanization and modernization,we need to jump out from the trap of urbanism and modernity,rethink socio-ecological value of rural society,and restore or rebuild the function of rural social and cultural system. Rural revitalization is different from urbanization,therefore,there is no unique pattern to replicate. We need to explore and discover the road of diversity according to local conditions,but we can work hard towards the general direction of industrial integration development. As to path selection of rural revitalization,it is also necessary to deal with the relationship between state will and peasants’ subjectivity,top design and root-level practice,to ensure achievement of national "Sannong" developmental goals through reasonable institution arrangement and effective measures. Meanwhile,it is also important to give full play to peasants’ subjectivity,and keep pace of development as an appropriate speed in the process of modernization.
