摘要
绩效考核作为现代企业管理工作中的一个重要环节,在企业管理中的地位越来越重要,涉及战略目标及其责任体系、指标评价体系、评价方法及评价标准等内容,其核心是促进企业管理水平提高。论文通过分析石油企业绩效考核现状,针对其在绩效考核工作中存在的诸多问题,优化设计了一套相对科学、系统、全面、有效的绩效考核体系。
As an important link in modern enterprise management work,performance appraisal plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management,involving strategic objectives and their responsibility system,index evaluation system,evaluation methods,evaluation standards and other contents.Its core is to promote the improvement of enterprise management level.By analyzing the current situation of performance appraisal in petroleum enterprises and aiming at many problems existing in their performance appraisal,this paper optimizes and designs a relatively scientific,systematic,comprehensive and effective performance appraisal system.
