某固体发动机含裂纹药柱地面点火试验及仿真分析 被引量:5

摘要 为分析药柱表面裂纹对发动机装药结构完整性的影响,在发动机管型装药内孔表面预制深度0.6 mm的表面裂纹,进行了低温-50℃点火试验。同时在发动机管型药柱模型表面设置不同深度的裂纹,采用有限元法对裂纹J积分进行了计算。结合工程实例,分析了在低温-50℃点火条件下裂纹的断裂韧度和裂纹止裂时的J阻力值。结果表明,低温点火条件下,对装药的结构完整性要求更加严苛,表面裂纹更容易扩展,但随着裂纹扩展深度的增加,在接近壳体位置时裂纹可能会发生止裂。 In order to analyze surface crack effects on SRM grain structural integrity,the-50℃ignition test was conducted for the SRM with preseted inner surface crack which was 0.6 mm in depth.At the same time cracks with various depths in the SRM grain were preseted firstly.Then J integral of cracks was respectively calculated based on finite element method.With the engineering case analysis,fracture toughness and the ultimate value of J resistance were obtained under-50℃ignition test.The results show that the structural integrity of grain was even worse under such conditions,which means the surface cracks growing easily,but the cracks could arrest when reached the shell.
