摘要
为研究老化对HTPB推进剂断裂性能的影响,开展了HTPB推进剂高温加速老化试验,测定了不同老化时间、老化温度下推进剂含Ⅰ型裂纹的断裂韧性值,并利用扫描电镜观测了推进剂断面微观形貌。结果表明:随着老化时间和老化温度的不断增加,推进剂断裂韧性值不断下降;老化时间越长和老化温度越大,拉伸速率越小,推进剂拉伸断面"脱湿"越严重,裂纹尖端处的"脱湿"较内部断面更严重。
In order to study the influence of aging on HTPB propellant fracture capability,the high temperature accelerated aging experiment of HTPB propellant was carried out.The value of propellant fracture toughness at different aging time and temperature with Ι mode crack was obtained and fracture surface microscopic pattern was observed by SEM.The results show that the value of fracture toughness continuously decreases with the lengthening of aging time and rise of temperature.The dewetting of cross section is more serious,when the aging time is longer and aging temperature is higher,and the dewetting of crack tip is more serious than the inner of cross section.
