摘要
采用高强粉煤灰复合陶粒研发LC30~LC60系列轻骨料混凝土,研究了该系列轻骨料混凝土的坍落度、力学性能及耐久性能。结果表明:增大粉煤灰掺量可改善流动性,同时降低早龄期收缩,提高早期抗裂性;提高浆骨比可增大混凝土流动性,密度与力学性能也相应提高,但会导致收缩增大,早期开裂风险增加。由于轻骨料特殊的材料性质,轻骨料混凝土的轴心抗压强度与弹性模量均低于同强度等级普通混凝土,轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度之比也低于普通混凝土,但折压比高于普通混凝土。
LC30~LC60 concrete were developed with high-strength composite ceramsite,and its slump,mechanical properties and durability were studied.The results indicate that increasing fly ash dosage can improve fluidity,reduce early-age shrinkage and improve early-age crack resistance.Increasing the ratio of paste to aggregate can increase fluidity,density and mechanical properties of the concrete,but also lead to the increase of shrinkage and the risk of early cracking.Due to the special material properties of lightweight aggregate,the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of lightweight aggregate concrete are both lower than that of ordinary concrete of the same strength grade,and the ratio of axial compressive strength to cubic compressive strength is also lower than that of ordinary concrete,but the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength is higher than that of ordinary concrete.
