摘要
目的评价康复新液治疗放射性口腔溃疡的作用。方法选择我院2019年6月至2020年6月的放射性口腔溃疡患者,总计90例。依据随机数字表法进行对照组、观察组分组,对照组(n=45)采取地塞米松、维生素B12、生理盐水混合液含服,观察组(n=45)联合康复新液治疗。比较两组放射性口腔溃疡患者的治疗情况,包括临床疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群指标(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+))以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin 8,IL-8)炎性因子水平。结果相较于对照组,观察组总有效率更高,P<0.05;治疗后两组患者免疫功能改善情况,观察组患者CD_(3)^(+)与CD_(4)^(+)均高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组患者炎性因子水平改善,相较于对照组,观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均较低,P<0.05。结论辅助康复新液治疗放射性口腔溃疡效果显著,有助于调节患者的免疫功能、减轻炎性因子水平。
Objective To evaluate the effect of kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of radiation oral ulcers.Methods A total of 90 patients with radiation oral ulcers in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the control group and the observation group were taken.The control group(n=45)was taken with a mixture of dexamethasone,vitamin B12 and normal saline,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with kangfuxin liquid.To compare the treatment of two groups of patients with radiation oral ulcers,including clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subgroup indicators(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+)),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(interleukin 6,IL-6),interleukin-8(interleukin 8,IL-8)inflammatory factor levels.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate,P<0.05;after treatment,the immune function of the two groups improved.Compared with the control group,the observation group had high CD_(3)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+) and low CD_(8)^(+),P<0.05 After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved.Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8,P<0.05.Conclusion Auxiliary kangfuxin Liquid has a significant effect on the treatment of radiation oral ulcers,which can help regulate the patient's immune function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
