摘要
目的探讨营养干预时间对鼻咽癌放疗患者营养状况的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月经病理确诊为鼻咽癌且首次入院行调强放疗(IMRT)的患者100例。将入选患者随机分为对照组(50例)及试验组(50例)。对照组于出现营养不良预警时(PGSGA≥4分)行营养干预至放疗结束;试验组于放疗开始时即予营养干预直至放疗结束。放疗前后比较两组PG-SGA评分、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞绝对值的差异。结果试验组在放疗结束后的PG-SGA评分变化值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);淋巴细胞绝对值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于放疗期间持续营养干预较营养风险评估下的营养干预更有助于改善患者营养状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention time on the nutritional status of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed pathologically and hospitalized for IMRT for the first time were selected.The selected patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases).The control group received nutritional intervention until the end of radiotherapy at the time of early warning of malnutrition(PG-SGA≥4 points);the experimental group received nutritional intervention from the beginning of radiotherapy to the end of radiotherapy.PG-SGA score,serum albumin and absolute value of lymphocytes were compared between the two groups before and after radiotherapy.Results PG-SGA score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group after radiotherapy(P<0.05).The absolute value of lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nutritional intervention during radiotherapy is more helpful to improve the nutritional status of patients than nutritional risk assessment.
