摘要
上颌骨缺损造成患者咀嚼功能下降、吞咽障碍及语音不清,面部畸形还会导致其社交困难、生活质量下降。采用赝复体或外科修复上颌骨缺损,可部分恢复患者的口腔功能与面部外形。评估上颌骨缺损的赝复体与外科修复效果是改进治疗方案的重要参考依据。文章从口腔功能、面部形态与美学及患者满意度三方面评估上颌骨缺损修复效果,为临床研究提供参考。
Maxillary defects lead to deficits in mastication,swallowing,speech and facial symmetry,thereby resulting in the low quality of life.Obturator prostheses or vascularized free composite flaps can reconstruct the maxillary defects,which can partially restore the patients′oral functions and facial esthetics.Evaluation of the outcomes of maxillary reconstructive surgery and/or obturator is an important basis for improving treatment strategies.The maxillary reconstructive outcomes are evaluated based on oral functions,facial esthetics and patients′satisfaction,which will provide a reference for further clinical researches.
