摘要
口腔颌面部肿瘤术后的功能性重建对于提高患者的生存率和生存质量具有重要意义。随着显微外科学和局部解剖学的发展,牙种植、牵引成骨、CAD/CAM和快速原型制作等技术的广泛应用,术后缺损重建的质量已获得明显提高,尤其在形态恢复方面几近完美;但在动力性肌功能、感觉功能、吞咽和发音机能恢复方面,仍然有许多问题亟待解决。本文从咀嚼、吞咽、言语、感觉功能方面论述口腔颌面部肿瘤术后重建的现状和发展趋势。
Functional reconstruction of the oral and maxillofacial defects after ablative surgery of tumors is consi- der to be of utmost importance for the improvement of survival rates and quality of life of the patients. With the advancement in microsurgery and regional anatomy, wide application of dental implants, distraction osteogenesis, CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping, the restorative quality after resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors has been greatly improved, especially in the rehabilitation of oral and maxillofacial contour, but much has to be done in dynamic myofunctional reconstruction, sensory reconstruction, speech and deglutition reconstruction. This paper discusses the up-to-date status and progress trend in oral and maxillofacial reconstruction after ablative tumor surgery in concern with mastication, swallowing, speech and sensation.
