摘要
智慧养老为我国养老服务的发展带来了新契机,而智慧养老的精准化供给对于提升智慧养老服务质量、丰富智慧养老内涵具有重要意义。上海市在智慧养老服务的探索和实践过程中通过明确发展目标、完善政策体系、构建信息化智慧养老平台等手段,形成了以需求为导向的多层次智慧养老服务体系,并通过拓宽服务运用场景、丰富使用范围、构建智慧养老服务精准化治理逻辑等方式明确了智慧养老的精准化供给路径。据此,我国在今后的智慧养老中应贯彻以需求为导向的原则,从提升老年人精神层面的获得感和满足感、提高智慧养老服务解决现实痛点问题的能力入手,实现智慧养老服务的精准化供给,提升智慧养老的服务可及性,并在智慧养老的人文关怀以及破解老年人数字鸿沟等方面取得突破。
Smart elderly care has brought new opportunities for the development of our country’s elderly care services,and the precise supply of smart elderly care services is of great significance for improving the quality of smart elderly care services and enriching the connotation of smart elderly care.In the process of exploring and practicing smart elderly care services,Shanghai has formed a demand-oriented multi-level smart elderly care service system by clarifying development goals,improving policy systems,and building an information-based smart elderly care platform.By expanding service application scenarios,enriching the scope of use,and constructing the precise governance logic of smart elderly care services,Shanghai clarifies the precise supply path of smart elderly care.Accordingly,our country should implement the demand-oriented principle in the development of smart elderly care in the future,starting from improve the spiritual sense of acquisition and satisfaction of the elderly,improving the ability of smart elderly care services to solve real-life pain points,realizeaccurate supply smart elderly care services,service accessibility of smart elderly care,and make breakthroughs in the humanistic care and the digital divide for the elderly.
