摘要
传统家庭养老方式必然向社会养老方式转换。构建符合中国国情的社会养老服务体系,应从精准居家养老开始,再引导社区养老发展,逐渐形成精准居家养老为主导、社区养老为支持、机构养老为补充的目标体系。精准居家养老服务体系的构建需要两个翅膀,即社会长期护理保险制度和"互联网+信息化技术"居家养老服务信息系统。
The traditional home endowment will be inevitably transformed to Social endowment mode.The establishment of social endowment service system should start with the precise home endowment,then develop to community endowment,then gradually form a pension system with precise home endowment as the lead,community endowment as the support and institutional endowment as the supplement.The precise home endowment service system has "two wings",namely social long-term care insurance system and "Internet +information technology"home"endowment service information system.
