摘要
目的分析低分子肝素联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗下肢静脉栓塞的效果与安全性。方法选择2018年1月~2020年9月收治的下肢静脉栓塞患者46例作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分组,对照组23例单纯采用低分子肝素治疗,观察组23例在其基础上联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗。观察临床治疗效果,监测各组患者治疗前后血管内径及血流速度改变,观察各组患者治疗后出现不良反应情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血管内径、血流速度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血管内径(4.59±1.02)mm小于对照组,血流速度(43.01±5.65)cm/s快于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论下肢静脉栓塞患者采用低分子肝素与多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合治疗效果确切,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of low molecular weight heparin combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of venous thrombosis of the lower extremities.Methods Select 46 patients with lower extremity venous embolism admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 as the research objects,grouped by random number table method,23 cases in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin alone,and 23 cases in the observation group were based on it combined with polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide cream treatment.Observe the clinical treatment effect,monitor the changes of blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity before and after treatment in each group,observe the adverse reactions of each group after treatment.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood vessel diameter and blood flow velocity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group had a smaller blood vessel diameter(4.59±1.02)mm than the control group,and blood flow velocity(43.01±5.65)cm/s was faster than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of low molecular weight heparin and polysulfonic mucopolysaccharide cream for patients with lower extremity venous embolism has a definite effect and high safety.
