Objective:To explore the effect of upper limb yoga training combined with breathing exercises on lung rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with hip fracture from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. The experimental group was divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by simple randomization method. The control group received routine lung rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the experimental group received upper limb yoga training combined with breathing exercises. The difference of intervention results between the two groups was analyzed. Results:The forced vital capacity/predicted value, cough peak flow rate and Bi index of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,P<0.05;the forced vital capacity/predicted value, cough peak flow rate,Bi index of the experimental group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of pulmonary complications in the experimental group was 2.00%,which was lower than that in the control group by 18.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with hip fracture receiving upper limb yoga training combined with breathing exercises can better promote their lung rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications, which is of great significance.
