摘要
串联电池组需要均压措施保证其容量、寿命和安全。该文提出一种基于多端口变压器的串联锂电池均压电路,通过主动和被动两种均压路径实现高可控与高效率的整体均压。与同类均压电路相比,无需附加额外电路,且变压器绕组和开关管数量减少一半。通过电路建模分析确定设计变压器电压比等关键参数的约束条件,并在传统平均电压控制策略的基础上提出预测电压和最低电压两种控制策略。最后,针对24串联锂电池组设计基于GaN开关器件和平面多端口变压器的均压样机,实验结果表明,所提电路和控制方法具有良好的均压速度和效率。
A series lithium battery pack needs voltage equalization to ensure its life and safety.In this paper,a series voltage equalizing circuit of lithium battery based on multi-port transformer is proposed,which can realize the controllable voltage equalization through active and passive paths.And it can directly control the charging or discharging of specific batteries.Compared with the conventional congeneric methods,it requires no additional circuits.Also,the number of transformer windings and MOSFET is reduced by half.By modeling and analyzing the circuit,the constraint conditions of key parameters such as transformer turn ratio are determined.In addition,predicted voltage and lowest voltage control strategies are proposed based on the traditional average voltage control strategy.Finally,a voltage equalization prototype based on GaN MOSFET and planar multi-port transformer is designed for 24 series battery packs.It is shown that the proposed circuit and control strategies have good voltage equalizing speed and efficiency.
