摘要
现在pH分析仪在工业生产过程中的应用极广。首先,它是典型的水质分析仪表,在各个行业的循环水、去离子水和污水处理上都用pH分析仪来监测和控制水的pH值;其次,在精细化工行业中同样也要监测和控制产品的pH值,以保证产品的质量;最后,在石油化工行业中也离不开对pH值的监测和控制,例如环己酮法制己内酰胺,在制备羟胺和环己酮肟的中间产品时,都要自动控制pH值。在制药的发酵过程和造纸行业也离不开pH分析仪。
pH analyzers are now widely used in industrial production processes.Firstly,they are typical water quality analysis instruments,and pH analyzers are used to monitor and control the pH value of water in the recycling water,deionized water,and wastewater treatment of various industries.Secondly,in the fine chemical industry,it is also necessary to monitor and control the pH value of products to ensure product quality.Finally,in the petrochemical industry,the monitoring and control of pH value is also essential,such as in the production of caprolactam through the cyclohexanone process,where automatic pH value control is required during the preparation of intermediate products like hydroxylamine and cyclohexanone oxime.pH analyzers are also indispensable in the fermentation process of pharmaceutical manufacturing and the papermaking industry.
